Waltham Abbey is a market town in the Epping Forest District of Essex and is located on the Greenwich Meridian between the River Lea to the west and Epping Forest to the east.
The town has good transport links being close to Junction 26 of the M25 and approximately 20 minutes walk from the town centre to Waltham Cross mainline railway station.
Waltham Abbey is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside, including areas of the Lee Valley Park such as the Abbey Gardens and the Cornmill Dragonfly Sanctuary. The Town is also within walking distance to the White Water Centre.
